To secure a reservation with us, guests are required to comply with the following terms:

• No fee will be charged for submitting a reservation request.
• An advance payment must be made to confirm and reserve the venue.
• Payments made for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

5. Hall Usage Rules

Guests are required to follow these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

• Bringing outside food or drinks into the hall is not allowed.
• Upon check-out, guests must ensure that all items received in the room or hall are present and in good condition.
• Damaging or soiling bed sheets, towels, walls, etc. is strictly prohibited. If such damage occurs, a fine of TZS 60,000 per item will be charged.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
